How do I place an order?
Once you have selected your items and filled out the personal information form on the “Ordering Gear” portion of the website, we will confirm your reservation either by email or telephone within 24 hours of the reservation being made.

Is there a minimum dollar amount for placing an order?
Yes, a $45 minimum order is required (not including tax & delivery charges), and a $60 minimum rental charge for full-sized cribs.

How much do you charge for delivery?
There is a minimum delivery charge of $35.00 roundtrip (delivery and pick up) per order. Charges may vary depending upon delivery location, distance, and time of day delivery is needed.

What days do you deliver?
Every day, with the exception of Sunday.  We will work around this day to best accommodate your needs.

How far in advance do I need to reserve my equipment?
To ensure availability, it is best to reserve your gear as soon as possible. If you are traveling at the last minute, we will do our best to meet your needs.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa/MasterCard, cash or check. All cash orders will need to be secured by credit card, and checks must be received two weeks prior to delivery.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All baby equipment rental orders cancelled within 48 hours of delivery will be charged 50% of the original order amount. Orders cancelled before 48 hours will be charged a $10.00 processing fee.

How do you keep track of any recalls on your equipment?
All of our products are registered with the manufacturer in order to keep notified of all equipment recalls. Additionally, we track all recalls on the consumer reports website. Your child's safety is our primary concern.

How do you sanitize your equipment?
We sanitize our products after every use following California State’s Department of Health regulations. These are the same guidelines that licensed child care centers are required to follow.
